EP+Co will continue to:

01.

Hold ourselves accountable. Share our diversity numbers every year, as well as regularly monitor and report on our progress. We are committed to increasing our diversity across departments, at every level. Because that will make us a better organization.

02.

Implement required annual training and support ongoing forums/thought leadership programs on diversity issues for all employees, including leadership. Because that will make our work better.

03.

Measure our workforce on empowerment of diverse talent through contributions to their advancement. Hold managers accountable to leading diverse talent to new skills, new opportunities, and coaching. Because that will make us a better company.

04.

Empower the voices of diversity in the organization by having quarterly management listening sessions with our Employee Resource Groups, leveraging their perspectives. Because that will make us more successful.

05.

Roll out a recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding program that welcomes diverse colleagues. Because that will make for a better future.

06.

Increase partnerships with organizations, vendors, clients, and institutions that address social and economic inequalities, including diversity-owned businesses. Because that is just good business and will make our communities better.
